The partnership with 360Player will assist ISFA to provide continued excellence in administration, communication and player development by providing resources for coaches and players. Ian Bent, ISFA Head of Football Operations, commented “This will enable both ISFA and our member schools the opportunity to benefit from the 360Player online platform that provides communication, analysis and coach & player support. It will help not only with the running of football teams and activities but also help players develop and improve”. Andy Baker, Head of Partnerships for 360Player, said “This partnership allows players, coaches & schools to have access to consistently high levels of coaching methodology and development tools”.

A few highlights of the 360Player app include easy organisation-wide communication through messaging and wall posts, a smart calendar, session builder and individualised development plans for players. Parents can also keep track of everything by creating a parent account and linking it to their child’s account.

With an active base of volunteer teachers committed to giving children valuable football experiences 360Player aims to aid ISFA in their mission of delivering football enjoyment for boys and girls and improving access to training and learning programmes.
