In July 2010, for the first time, ISFA held its first Development Camp for 10-11 year olds, aimed at the most talented players in ISFA schoolsThe Camp was for boys about to enter Years 6 and 7 in academic year (2010-11) and the players were selected by nomination from their schools.
The aim of the camp, which was under the direction of Manchestery United Academy Coach Tom Statham, was to enable the best players within the ISFA system to develop further by playing against other outstanding players and thus stretch themselves. The main emphasis was on having
fun and playing lots of football - so the sessions were hard work but not too serious.
