ISFA has introduced a Football Development Document aimed at all schools in the independent sector, both junior and secondary, ages 5-18The document, produced with the assistance of The Football Association, is aimed at assisting schools with their football programme and includes everything you need to know:
What are the appropriate sizes of ball and pitch at each age level?
What are the FA regulations on the number of players permitted on each size at each age level?
What are the appropriate coaching courses for members of staff?
What competitions are available?
What representative football is available at each age level?
The answers to all these questions and more can be found in the document, a copy of which was sent to all schools in June 2010.
